Advanced Strength:
18 min
Even– 3 DeadLift
50, 60, 70, 75, 80, 82, 84, 85, 85%
Odd– 2 Strict Press
– work to a peak in press.

Conditioning:
2 rds
2 min Amrap of Burpees
3 min rest
2 Min Amrap of Kb Swing (53/35)
2 min rest
2 Min Amrap of Sit-ups
1 min rest
– This is meant to be an all out sprint!
-You’re getting a programmed rest, so don’t pace!
