Beginner Strength:
Every 90 sec for 14 min (9 sets)

50, 60, 70, 75, 80, 84, 87, 90, 90%

Advanced Strength:
Every 90 sec for 14 min
2 DeadLift
50, 60, 70, 75, 80, 84, 87, 90, 90%

Conditioning:
5 rds
2:30 mins
10 Hang Clean
10 Burpee
Max Double Unders
1 min rest
– rx’d is 135/95, check with your coach about proper scaling.
