Heather is always smiling... Even before a killer WOD!

Warm-up:
10 minutes
10 Cal row
5 Fire Hydrant forward (each leg)
5 Fire Hydrant backward
5 Lunge Stretch (each)
10 Wall Squat
5 Goblet Squat

Strength:
Every 2 min for 20 min (10 sets)
Back Squat
5, 3, 3, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1
– Go For It!

Conditioning:

The Chief

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
135 pound Power cleans, 3 reps
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
