Beginner Strength

2×3 High Hang Squat Clean
60 sec rest between sets
Every 90 sec for 9 min (6 sets)

Advanced Strength:
Every 90 sec for 13 min (9 sets)
Squat Clean
3, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1,1, 1
– Move some Weight!

Conditioning:
50 TTB
Then…
3 RFT:
500m Row
12 Buprees
21 Box Jumps, 24/20
-sub step-ups
