Every 2 min for 16 minutes
3 Hang Squat Snatch
3 O/H Squat

Conditioning:
Cindy on the Run
20 min Amrap
5 Pull-up
10 Push-up
15 Squat
1 Stop Sign Sprint
* remember… it says sprint, not jog!
