60 sec rest
Every 2 min for 20 min
1 Hang Clean
5 Jerk

Advanced Strength:
18 Minutes
Even- 2 Hang Clean
Odd- 5 Jerk (racks allowed)

Conditioning:
30-20-10
Kb Snatch (53/35)
Ring Dip
Wall Ball Sit-up
