Warm-up:
10 Min of skill work
athlete’s choice, pick something you suck at!

Beginner Strength:
Every 2 min for 18 minutes
2 Thrusters
4 Side Lateral Raises (per arm)
-Use the rig for thrusters and side laterals
-Try to go heavier than last week.

Advanced Strength:
Every 2 Min for 18 minutes
2 Thruster
3 Weighted/ Strict Pull-ups
– Try to heavier than last week.

Conditioning:
12 Min Amrap
6 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
9 Bar Facing Burpees
12 Shoulder to Overhead(115/75)
