Summer of Strength 8/12/15

Warm-up:
500 m row
10 Double Mtn. Climber
10 Goblet Squat
+
2×7 sholuder stability (YTM)

Strength:
Every 2 Min for 18 Minutes
2 Pause Back Squat (3 sec pause at bottom)
2 Weighted Push-ups
-Try to go heavier than last week.
Then…
Any athlete competing this weekend(and anyone else that wants extra credit)
Every 15 sec for 3 minutes
1 C&J at whatever weight you are using at the comp.

Conditioning:
5 rds (15 min cap)
15 Kb Swing (70/44)
15 SDHP
1 lap Goblet Lunge
1 rope climb
