Strength:
2×6 Muscle Snatch (1 weighted, 1 not)
60 sec rest
Every 2 min for 18 min
2 Squat Snatch
2 O/H Squat

Conditioning:
Every 3 min for 18 min
200 m run
12 Hang Clean (135/85)
12 Front Squat
– Don’t get bogged down with too much weight on the bar.
-first scale weight, then reps.
