2×3 High Hang Squat Clean
60 sec rest
Every 2 min for 20 min
3 Hang Clean
1 Jerk

Advanced Strength:
18 Minutes
Even-1 Hang Squat Clean
Odd- 3 Jerks (from rack)

Conditioning:
12 min Amrap
15 DeadLift (135/95)
10 HR Push-up
5 Box Jump (30/24)
