The newest member of the PHL family is Scarlet Mozo! She was born at 1:14 on 8/17/15. 7.1 pounds, 18 inches. Both Mom and baby are doing well!

Warm-up:
10 min of Skill Work

Beginner Strength:
Every 2 Minutes for 18 Minutes

-Go heavier than last week.

Advanced Strength:

Conditioning:
100 Bar Facing Burpees*
*Every odd Minute (starting at 1:00)- 3 Ground to O/H (185/115)
