Warm-up:
3×5 Shoulder Stability (YTM)
7 Min
10 Pass Through
10 Wall Squat
10 Snatch Balance
*Every min 2 strict Pull-ups*

Strength:
2×6 Muscle Snatch( 1st set with empty bar)
60 sec rest
Every 2 Min for 18 Minutes
Hang Snatch
2,2,2,2,1,1,1,1,1
+ 1 O/H Squat after every final rep.

Conditioning:
18 Minutes
1st Min-  Kb Swing (70/44)
2nd Min-  Double Under
3Rd Min-  Push-up
Beginner- 10-15 swings/ as many singles in 40 sec/ 10/5 push-up
Intermediate-15-20 swings/ 20-30 dubs/ 15/10 push-up
Advanced- 20 swings/ 50 dubs/ 20/15 push-up
*pick the option that you can handle.
