Beginner Strength:
2×6 High Hang Squat Snatch (or muscle snatch, depending on proficiency)
60 sec rest
every 2 min for 14 min
2High Hang Squat Snatch
+2 O/H Squat

Advanced Strength:
Every 2 Min for 18 min
2 Hang Squat Snatch
+ 3 O/H Lunge (per leg)

Conditioning:
3 Min Amrap
Squat Cleans (135/95)
5 min rest
10 Min Amrap
10 Pull-up
20 Pistols
