Warm-up:
5 minutes
30 sec L-sit
5 Fire Hydrants
5 Inch Worm w/Push-up

Beginner Strength:
Every 2 min for 16 min
5 Front Squat
-As heavy as possible.

Advanced Strength:
16 minutes
Even- 5 Front Squat (no belts allowed)
Odd- 6 Strict Press (from floor)
– go AHAP!

Conditioning:
24 Minutes
1st min- Cal Row (15 Guys/10 Girls)
2nd min- 15 Kb Swing (70/44)
3rd min- 15 Strict Press (95/65)
– Scale weight first, then reps.
