Shoulder Stability + Stretch
3×5 YTM

10 Kb Swing
5 Goblet Squat
10 Up/Down

Beginner Strength:
2×6 Muscle Clean
60 sec rest
Every 2 min for 12 min
5 Hang Squat Clean
– work on proficiency of movement, don’t worry so much about the weight.

Advanced Strength:
Every 2 min for 20 minutes
2 Hang Clean
1 Front Squat
2 Jerks

Conditioning:
12 min Amrap
1 Rope Climb
1o Unbroken WallBall
20 Double Under
