Warm-up:
10 min
30 sec L-sit
30 sec HandStand hold ( sub planche push-up hold)
10 goblet squat

Strength:
16 minutes
Even- 5 Front Squat
Odd- 4 Strict Press
-for front squat, 3 sets at moderate weight, then 5 sets at 5-10% higher than last week.
-strict press, go AHAP

Conditioning:
21 minutes
1st- 15 Kb Swings (70/44)
2nd- 10 Burpees
3rd- 30 Jumping Lunges
-if you can’t do jumping lunges, sub 40 sec of regular lunges
