Warm-up:

5/3 Pull-up
5 Push-up
10 wall Squat
10 Up/Downs

Beginner Strength:
Every 2 min for 16 min
5 Front Squat (no belt)
– 3 sets to get to 90% of last week’s heaviest set, then 5 sets at 90-110%.

Advanced Strength:
Every 2 min for 16 min
5 Front Squat (no belt)
3 Strict Press (take bar from the floor)
* for front squat-3 sets to get to 90% of last week’s heaviest set, then 5 sets at 90-110%.
*for strict press- go AHAP

Boy to Man
18 min Amrap
18 WallBall
18 KTE
18 Step-up with Med Ball
At minutes 0,6,12… 18 burpees
-that means you start with the burpees!
