7 Banded Good mornings
10 Double Mtn Climber

Beginner Strength:
Every 2 Min for 16 Min
3 DeadLift

Advanced Strength:
Every 2 min for 16 minutes
3 DeadLift
1 Max Height Box Jump

Conditioning:
Every 3 min for 18 min
200 M Run
5 Kb Snatch (R) 53/35
5 Burpee
5 Kb Snatch (L)
5 Burpee
-rest remainder of time.
