Warm-up:
3-5 min of Mobility
shoulders/ ankles/ hips/ T Spine
5-10  min of Skill Work
-pick something you nee to work on.

Strength:
Every 90 sec for 12 min
3 Power Snatch
then…
Every 2 min for 10 min
5 O/H Squat
-work to a peak in both movements.

For Time-
3 Rope Climb
10 Squat Clean (135/95)
15 HSPU
20 Pull-up
30 BallSlam
40 WallBall Sit-up
30 BallSlam
20 Pull-up
15 HSPU
10 Squat Clean
3 Rope Climb
