-That does not include anyone competing in Florida next month.

Warm-up:
3 minutes of row/run or AD

3-5 minutes of mobility work
*ankles, hips, t-spine, shoulders, lats
+
3-5 minutes of workout prep
single leg glute bridge x 10/leg
kb lateral squats x 10/side
bottoms up kb press x 10
wall angels x 10

15 minutes
Pick 2 skills to work on.

20 Thrusters (95/65)
10Pull-ups
5 Cal Row
15 Thrusters
10 Pull-up
10 Cal Row
10 Thruster
10 Pull-up
15 Cal Row
