Teams of 2
25 minutes
1 mile Run (as a team)
Then Amrap with remaining time
1o Box Over (any way)
20 WallBall
10 Box Over
20 Db or Kb Deadlift (50/30) must use 2 Db or Kb
10 Box Over
20 Thruster
*Workout is performed as a follow the leader stylet. P1 will do 10 Box Overs, once they are finished they will move on to the WallBalls  and P2 will complete the Box Overs. P2 will continue to move on when P1 finishes the movement. P1 cannot start on the wall balls until P2 finishes the box overs, etc…
