Teams of 2:
10 Rds (alternating every rd)
5 Pull-up
Lunge Across the Room
10 Burpee
10 WallBall
Lunge Back Across the Room
*when all 10 rds are completed, each person must row a 25o m sprint.
** your 2 sprint times are subtracted from total time at the end.
