150… Gonna be tricky

Warm-up:
Coach’s Choice.

Skill:
10-15 minutes to work on skill of choice.

Teams of 3
150 Burpee
150 Box Over
150 Kb Swing
150 Ball Slam
3K row
Partition as needed/ switch as needed
-1 member of team must be on rower at all times until row is completed. once row is completed, 2 work /1 rest.
-only one person can work at a station at a time.
-teams can be scaled up to 4 people by adding 50 reps to each movement and 1k to row.
