20 sec pistol hold on box (each leg)

Mobility

Strength:

1 RM Push Press
8 minutes
Work to a fast 3 rep Front Squat
-These should be 3 fast reps not going any heavier than 75%

Conditioning:
18 minutes
1st min- 1 Legless Rope Climb
Max Push-ups
2nd Min- 20 Double Under
15 Sit-up
3rd Min- 30 Twist Mtn Climber
40 Russian Twist
