CrossFit Trainer

Anthony Nardini first started CrossFit training about three years ago with the rest of the crew at FitnessWorks, having already been a personal trainer/group fitness instructor since 2007. He found the challenge and variety of CrossFit immediately appealing and beneficial, and soon obtained his CFL1 in March 2011 and a Certificate in Movement & Mobility in July 2011. He has competed in the CF Open for the past three years, along with participating in a number of local competitions. Anthony brings a variety of athletic experience to CF PHL???; he has completed a number of distance/endurance events (running & cycling) and has played rugby for both Temple University & Media Rugby Football Club. He enjoys proper coffee, roasted/grilled meats, and old stuff. He is also a coach for Widener University Men’s Rugby.
